The Milky Way, Aurora, and Airglow covering half the sky on a cool April night at Silver Harbour on Lake Superior. We were treated to a great show of Aurora and clear skies, which allowed great views of the Milky Way.

This panorama is the result of almost 30 photos taken of over half of the night sky. The view includes 180* from north to south and close to 90* overhead! This started out as more of a challenge to myself to learn how to stitch photos together to make a wide panorama, but I ended up with a photo I really love.
